Who we are

This site is operated by Flat Roof Repair Bristol ("FRB", "we", "us"). We provide flat roof repair, installation and maintenance services across Bristol and the surrounding area. You can contact us on 01174 632532 or by email at info@flatroofrepairbristol.co.uk.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. We may also receive technical information about your visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) which our hosting provider Cloudflare logs for security and traffic purposes.

How we use it

We use the contact details you give us to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and follow up about the work you've asked about. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we don't use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry data for as long as it takes to handle the job and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, warranty and follow-up purposes. Typically that's no more than 6 years for completed jobs; sooner for enquiries we don't take forward.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is stored in our enquiry-handling system and delivered to the team who will deal with your job. We use Cloudflare to host this website, and the enquiry forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA (its privacy policy and terms apply). We don't transfer your data outside the UK or EEA other than via these processors.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@flatroofrepairbristol.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses minimal first-party cookies needed for the site to function, plus privacy-focused visitor analytics (page views only, no session recording, no advertising or cross-site tracking). We don't run advertising cookies.
